Jasmine flowers, cut green apples, pineapple and passionfruit generate the interest and flow through to the palate delivering a respectable mouth perfume. A slight lick of texture is complemented by some cut green herbs with a talc-like feel to consider. The flavour profile isn't as expressive as the aromas and comes across a little muted. But for the perfume, the texture and its approachability, this is a more than handy Prosecco.
