Attractive scents of juicy cherries, raspberries, red currants, watermelon and licks of red plum skin add delight. There’s plenty of freshness here, but also some deliciously subtle detail.
Apricot kernel and red apple crunch add a touch of savoury intrigue, while a fine smear of white chocolate creaminess adds texture and softness.
Then the cleansing acidity kicks in, refreshing the palate while the texture holds beautifully. Drying out ever so slowly, it becomes increasingly moreish, leaving you reaching for another sip before you’ve quite finished the first.
Beautiful drinking. This is Rosé doing exactly what it should, but with a little extra flair. Winning!
